Based on asking rental of RM1,800, yearly rental is RM21,600
Assuming that this represent 4.5% yield (enough to pay for bank loan interest), the valuation is RM480k For 1151 sq, psf price is RM417psf... |

I bought a project expected vp mid 2015
Today receive letter to sign TNB form n return to developer for them to apply for electricity connection Is this developer too efficient or what? |
