Just wondering if this property is worth buying...i never bought from the developer..villamas before n i m looking to have a property in cyberjaya to settle down..so far..the price range of serin is the most affordable n reasonable...can anyone please share his/her view?

Find the cyberjaya future master plan. Not from me. Find it your self and you're understand why developer are crazily invested in Cyberjaya.
