please dont drag preve to elantra topic or they get mad. Now suddenly drag prtn involve in elantra high pricing. Haishhh. Even tax are even now, they dont bother. Miti dont set the price, they just approv. The way they control it oso diff. Like fiesta, can bring the lowest spec, n price will be around persona. So, they dont allow that. So, ford just bring a better equip fiesta which price higher. Then, they approve. Cant control tax coz afta lor. Prtn cant be protect using tax in afta.

But still up to manufacturer or distributor if want to charge high price with low spec. Case, vios@city versus fiesta. Even miti dont allow price be near prtn product same segment, but still up to manufacturers n distributors. Atleast ford doing the rite thing, just offer high spec that justify the price rather than just increase selling price(means more profit lor to them)with under spec cars.

Docket price remain the same. Tax being applied to docket price. The price being high for underspec cars due to dealers profit. Do u know that sonata 2.0 has rm70k percar trader's profit?actually they can give better spec rather than increasing the profit margin for trader's profit. But do they care, no, coz people dunno about it. People still blame the tax.(yup, tax is high in malaysia, no doubt, but it apply to all even for locals).

Thats why they dont bising2 about it coz nanti tkt people know about it, the profit.

But personally, the less volume car sale, the higher the trader's profit to coverup operation cost. But the things that its not supposed to be that high.
