not at all, like some said, how often you go on personal hotspot ?
and if you buy 3g version, you will need to maintain another simcard which cost you at least 28 per month.

cost effective wise its still use personal hotspot on your android phone, and as others adviced, get a battery bank for your phone, it will work for your phone as well as your ipad

i'm using this
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...4079&hl=eneloop

and i'm using Galaxy S and iPad2 wifi, so far i'm satisfy at least i know i don't have to maintain another sim card.
The battery bank capacity is 5k mah, which able to recharge my phone 3times and a lil bit more.

not necessary, my daily work involves laptop, so i can charge my phone anytime i wish.
So my power bank is more for travel, so normally i will check my devices battery level before i go out.
anyway the power bank is consider small , so its not really heavy/bulky if you have a bag with you

Come on, no need to regret as the improvement for the new iPad isn't that big, it's just the screen I will say. iPad 2 will surely serve you well smile.gif
