hi all, need advice as i am planning to extend my living room/car porch to maximize space of it, howver when chk with renovate contractor they quote more than rm20K jz to extend with concrete wall etc, with piling beam etc...

im wondering whether any alternative way to extend by using cheaper material and save the hassle by jz covered up wall with plastic polycarbonate or glass... as my car parch already with beam...
