I'm helping a friend to install his BF3 in origin.

Whenever I click "Start Download Game" button, a tab "indicates unsupported windows version appears"..

I've update everything on windows update, and and try to check all the firewalls..all seems to be ok..

my friend is using windows 7 64 bit, i am really sure that his rig can handle the game..btw, i tried to install other "Free Games" in Origin, and it works whenever I click the download button..

is just doesn't work with BF3.. ..

anyone having the same problem before..??..

reinstall origin and try again

what gfx card is he using?
if not mistaken, it wont install with dx9.

problem solve..

have to untick the compatibility setting under properties....
