BTW How do I use the face unlock properly?

Setting it up is a pain in the ***because need to wait 3 second, then cannot, wait again, then wait wait wait.

Then wanna unlock the phone, "blink once" but no effect, after like 1000X blink then it unlocked. the second time I tried. "blink once" after blinking like hell, it said "fit" after that, "Denied"

Whattttttttttttttttttttttt. My Galaxy Nexus is much faster in doing it

Recently got problem where Waze and Google Maps Navigation wont speak turn by turn eventhough all sounds are at max already.. Any solutions?
