is the V6gt better in terms of cooling & noise?

if my pc is idle at 70c, how low can i expect these coolers to bring down?

Personally using V6GT, temps were a cool 27 degrees at the first few weeks but rose to just 32-35 on idle but only due to lack of maintenance.

My E8400 using Hyper 212 Evo..38 idle, top around 47 @ 3.6GHz...

Hyper 212 Evo is easier to clean and maintain than V6GT.

looking for appearance , V6GT white edition instead~

performance and budget wise, EVO 212 pawns all within it's price range.
Some more when u do P&P config, should be getting even better temperature

Try reapplied the thermal paste and re-sit your cooler..will bring big impact to the temps there =)

My HyperEvo was running 85+ while on 4.5ghz after i reapplied thermal paste and resit it it drop like 10'c +
