The cheapest is RM600 for a Huawei E5786 demo unit with 6 months warranty.

However, Wireless N is available on most 4G devices now.

Unsure if you can use FB in China as it is blocked entirely by their firewall, unless VPN is utilised.

with the proper VPN, you can bypass the firewall in China and you're able to use FB, Google and so on.
