Sure, it looked pretty (of course, tons of money wasted there), but the characterization of the main protagonists is complete, trite bullcrap. The girl is the epitome of a Mary Sue character, the dude is just another Kyon and the other guy is your usual run-of-the-mill "funny guy" who has to make some kind of joke every scene he's in. And I understand this is a first episode, but what kind of shitty "mistery" was that? Oh shi- Mary Sue got locked in a room, what could that be?!?! Oh my, it was the repairman! WHATATWEEST. No srsly, this is what passes for good anime now? PLEASE.
