This just one episode manage to clear up some stuffs involving a lot of people at once. For example Irisu. Born into a well to do family, she is forced to show a brave persona. And she also have to use people around her. So much that she really don't have much real friends around her. And yet there were glimpse of the real her. The normal girl behind all that facade that she has built around her. Her enthusiasm at the magic show shows a somewhat childish and immature mind behind that somewhat mature face. The same can be said when she picked up some stuffed animals, something that is not befitting her image. Ironically she chose a frog, which could mean she is waiting for her prince to take her away from all this. It's not surprising that the person that she liked is the student council president, Kugayama, who manage to foil her every attempt to use him with his awesome swag.

And that's also why she was jealous with Eru. Eru followed everything that she told her to, but yet she did it somewhat differently. Eru was honest, something that Irisu can't, and when she realised that, she knows that what she taught Eru does not suit her, since she is too direct. In the end she can never be like Eru, who has friends.

TL;DR, being Irisu is suffering
