I'm not really sure bout that, at most i tried with my ddr3 was only around 1.68v, but that was only a few times, for this compy i just let it run at 1.65v..
IIANM i read somewhere that the return for adding extra voltage to rams are just not that much worth it nowadays..

i'd say up to 1.8v still considered safe for short bench like pi 8m/32m, but to prime with that kinda volt is kinda like askin for a new pair of ram. like what legend cloudwan mentioned, high volt is only worthy when it gives u great results.

I primed with 1.8v before too, but only for an hour or slightly more. If prime for long hour or use it for 24/7 I can guarantee u that d stciks will degrade over times.
