it's that Friday of the month again. NFP and Unemployment Rate. Any thoughts on how it would affect USD? I'm looking at bullish movements for most USD pairs. EU & GU especially.

mini, micro, standard or pro account. a profit is still a profit. better than loss!

you can try FXPrimus, I've been using this ever since I started out with trading. From demo to live account. Never gave me much problems.

that's called spread. the difference between bid and ask price. that's how the broker makes money. it varies depending on account type and brokers. usually for eurusd, gbpusd. it's 3pips. meaning if u enter a trade, you'll start of with -3 pips.

Didn't had time to update,
I entered 3 trades yesterday, EU,GU already TPed.

My current open position is on AU. Any thoughts? Not much movement on this pair yet.

i'm a quite defensive trader. after my trades move into my favour, i'll lock in some pips and let it run.

yea sometimes gold bites. :/

haha true true, that's what we always try to tell ourselves, +1pip is better than none or negative pips.

with that said i just entered a trade on gold. see how it goes.

honestly, any strategy can work and make money. keep it simple. why people blow their account and cannot grow their account is coz of poor MM.
it doesn't matter if you can do 20 straight wins but 1 gold trade or greedy trade take out those profits.
just focus and improve on your MM. it's actually pointless to go search for the best technical analysis or trading system if your MM sucks.

took me quite a while to realise this and also cost me my first account which was usd1500 but that was back in dec 2011.

oh yea another thing, don't trade alone, have group support and at least someone that you can be accountable too or check ur analysis. that helps too.
