yaya .. use screwdriver korek it ..just like how u open a durian ..hahaha tongue.gif

yup . i made it myself .. cz it get vapor after my project on headlamp ..

u can use heat blower or hair blower to melt the silicone 1st ..then use screw driver to korek it .. once silicone is melt ..is easy to open .. so keep on heat the silicone once u felt is hard to open it ..
n do look on it ..cz u should loose the the clip 1st .. there are some clip on the cover n the headlamp base ..

TS,
Long story cut short, ur lamps r leaking allowing moisture to enter eventhough it wasnt under d rain.

If ur a DIY kaki, u'll need
- hairdrier/heat gun
- weather seal silicone
- screwdriver

1. Remove d lamp from d car
2. Heat up d joints
3. Carefully pry open d lens from d rear cover. N like Naughty-Kidz said, re-heat d areas tat u hv trouble removing
4. Clean/Remove d ol seals, apply new sealent n reinstall

Appling new sealent on top of d joint might not b as efficient n if ur not careful will leave gaps which will eventually hv moss growing in it.

nice idea guys

but i was thinking , if i let Outside air go into headlamp , would make water vapour disappear ?

as i notice there's Breathe hole @ headlamp

breathe hole purposely let air goes into headlamp right ?

no idea ..on ur bulb socket .. but i dun thnk is at there ..cz bulb socket, size and the hole all is standardized to fit certain size bulb ..unless using different size bulb ..

original also will have the possibility encounter this issue ..maybe due to age of item ..
doesn't mean only china/taiwan made headlamp will encounter only ..

some headlamp got come along with the breathe hole .. .if dont have .. u can drill a hole to let the vapor disappear ..
if wan to make drilling ..make sure the place u drill ..it wont get in water when raining ..

Naughty_Kidz , do you mean that SHOULD let headlamp Breathe So that vapour wont Stay RIGHT ?

means let air GO IN and OUT to balance the Outside Temperature Right ?

Coz I think the theory is same like , during raining day, IF WE Do not open air cond , water vapour stick inside windscreen
But after turn on Air Cond (Outside too Hot) , water vapour stick @ outside

So the BEST WOULD be balance the temperature IN and out so that no water vapour Right ??

Do i get the theory right bro ?

If my theory right , den it means my headlamp cannot BREATHE . also mean i gonna make Breathe hole LARGER??
But stock no drill hole den i also no need drill hole lor , use back stock breathe hole ok already ?

Originally isn't the hole same size? The other headlamp hole isn't it same size? So just by this question we'll know if it same and last time no problem, then surely some thing else that causes it. And the most common reason is from the silicone leak.

You can't just make breather hole and the air will circulate fast enough to make the vapor disappear, you might make it worse. Some car headlamp with breather hole actually have hose that blow air inside, then only can make the vapor disappear.

the theory u explaining is correct ..but since u already got a breathe hole .. so u no need to drill another hole or make it larger ..unless ur headlamp dont have ..den u can drill a hole ..

am agree with bro xxboxx ..
do check on ur silicone see if there any uneven silicone or leak on the silicone there ..n do check ur breath hole isit stuck/clogged ..
