opps...When look at your feedback and i knew the answer before check out the location... I knew there's graveyard nearby and thout is blocked by Kepong Sentral Condo..however..seem i wrong...

Unless u want to rent it to foreign workers then it's okie but still the property price and the rental yield is not that good.

I'll doubt it'll appreciate much also in capital gains as it's located right next to a cemetary
