Dont just listen from word of mouth. I doubt that they 500Kg of gold there. If they did, they need to hire a calvary of soldiers to protect that place just like Fort Knox.

Its only an office building. The gold are going round and round and round. Maybe they sold 500 Kg but using the same 5 Kg to go around (just an example - I wont know the exact number) to the customers in the sell and buy back scheme. That's why some people were facing extreme delay in getting their gold after paying.

You claim you are not an investor or consultant and yet you seem to know or hear so much what they do.

Then you make claims you have a business in Russia

Then you claim you do not invest in Genneva because you have better investment

That is why I say ignore that guy. He wastes your time to research all these things. He is just throwing lots of rumours out there so we cannot have a sensible discussion here on this topic.

Can you imagine Genneva Malaysia has been storing 500kg of gold in their Kuchai Lama office with one or two guards. They would have been robbed a long long time ago even before the BNM raid. RM 90 million sitting in such an unsecure location. Even the professional burglars from overseas will come and rob them. Absolute nonsense. I wonder whether at anytime they have 1 kg of gold there.

They are there just collecting cheques from investors. Of course, they are also handing out payments from part of the money they collect from these investors back to themselves as Hibah.

They must be consuming kilos of cheque books per month.

Got cheques coming in and out with account number. Bank Negara already have all these data. The thing is they do not deal in cash so it is very easy to trace.

I totally agree with you. How money blinds the eyes and numb the brains. They just don't know that the money come from themselves and other investors

If you are one of the investors i suggest you go after the CONsultants who sold you this scheme. If you are one of the CONsultants, i suggest you check your income tax returns to see if you have declared all your commissions. Income Tax dept might be after you soon.

Maybe there were not much gold left in that office. I believe there are more people claiming for gold than they have seized. Its only an office building with a few security guards - how much gold do you think they can store there without being robbed? Unbelievable

I am greatly saddened and angry at what they are doing to the real victims of the Genneva scam.
1) Firstly they cheated these people out of their hard earned money
2) Then they use them on their Supporters website to make false accusations against bank negara
3) However the senior CONsultants are very quiet on this Supporters page - even though some of them used to be very active on the internet promoting Genneva even on this forum - they stir up their victims to make malicious accusations while protecting themselves by being "silent"
4) Then today an UMNO politician used these victims to generate publicity by asking them to his office to fill up complaint forms. 1000+ people turned up including a family who came down in a 20 year old van from Sitiawan
It's time to STOP hurting these victims people - GOD is watching. Truly help them by offering them jobs and ways to recover from their losses

Calling Genneva investors. It's time that you guys gather together and lodge separate legal suits against the company, the directors/management and the CONsultants. Go after their personal wealth so you may recover something.

I am hoping. Hopefully some good hearted lawyer will help them free of charge
