Actually if we are talking about condos in the vicinity of Sentul area, there aren't many that has a balcony (a feature I feel is a must). The notable ones that I know besides Bayu@Sentul is Villa Angsana (420k), Sentul Utama Condominium (260k), Rivercity Condominium (470k) and Maple at Sentul West (850k).

I went to the showroom which is a stone throw away from the popular Naili's Place and were pretty impressed with the layout of the showroom (largest unit) but sadly thats about it. Didn't really like the location to be honest and for the price, the freehold Rivercity Condo current price of around RM500k for 1,504 sq. ft looks like a better bet although I heard there might be some teething issues being faced by the residents there too.

They are allowing it on the balcony? Can you imagine 30% of residents placing it on the balcony? Will make the facade ugly don't you think?
