Is this property an apartment or a condo?

I called the bank, they say is apartment cause not qualified as condo according to their classification.

I called the lawyer, they say it's not mentioned.

I called the developer they say is definitely condo but they say government classify the property as apartment with condo facility.

Now I am very confused. So tomorrow they might call them flats???

Hi, anyone signing the loan agreement for this project?

Mine is "L" next to each other.

May I ask anyone claiming LD from the developer? They r supposed to handover the condo this month.

That sounds reassuring. My snp date is 1st October so I guess will wait another two or three weeks more for the letter to come.

I gave a call to the developer's office. The lady told me to expect the keys only by end Dec 2015. So it might be more LAD.
