DIBS, I think no, forgot to confirm. Personally, I'm not impressed after the visit ... but seriously, bunch of customers there.

5. Will they provide a card access security system ensures only residents are authorized to enter the lift lobby?
6. Landscaping design for the surrounding area and the 3-acre central park?

These all confirmation have to wait until the official launch by the developer...but that time the price sure increase already...
