Actually should follow snp . But unlucky snp don't provide the building facade right atleast we know the drawing show glass or brick railing then can argue ? The brochure is just artist impression . How many percentage match to the brochure is up to developer. Actually you guys can straight check with the architects firm. Architect should know what is the material used for railing already .
