I always readup his comments on the previous leak ICS ROM. Here's his take on the official release. Worth to take a look.

Upgraded to 9.7? I'm still at 9.6, waiting to jump to Westcrip's LPQ directly.

I've used both Apex and Nova for awhile and in the end I settled for Apex.
Apex allows you to resize the widget but Nova can't. Both also have the swiping gestures which I use extensively.
Main factor is, Apex is free and it comes with all the full features.

Oh ya la. just found the setting. My bad
At the end of the day, Apex is free and have all the features of Nova, so why pay more

sifu, pls check if deleting a contact will FC or not. Some users are reporting this in the wanam thread.

I'm on LPH with the resurrection remix rom. Don't seem to be having this bug, works ok for me.

AndyX just released his 7.0 Official XXLPQ ROM. Waiting for the download link now.

For me, the latest Apex v1.0.2 is as smooth as Nova. Well, guess it's a matter of individual opinion.

You're using the Wanamlite ICS themed or the stock themed ROM? Seems like the themed one is quite buggy as according to the responses in his thread.
I'm downloading the Stock one now, was unable to do so since this afternoon as the google docs link were overloaded

Kool. If westcrip doesn't release his latest LPQ tonight, I'll try Wanamlite tomorrow.

Ya la, you didn't now?.. lol. The users reported him to the mod and he got banned.

Bit of a drama there. Andy will only upload his files to uploaded.to.
Seems that site is not accessible in some countries so the users created their own mirrors and post them in Andy's thread. When Andy found out, he warns them not to do it again.
For whatever reason only known to him, he insists to share his file in that particular sharing site only. Some speculates that he'll make $ out of it by pushing the users to sign up for the uploaded account to conveniently download the files (faster, no waiting etc.)

He was warned by the XDA mods but our friend just ignores it so in the end, he got banned and his thread closed.

Bro, kindly give some quick feedbacks of AndyX's 7.0 once you've flashed it. Interested to try it since antt said Wanam is still kinda buggy.

Use Titanium Backup -> Convert to System App.

Just flashed mine and testing it now as we speak.
The keyboard is qwertz? WTF. Yeah, don't like the icons, not stock ICS.
The messaging apps are in black, even though i change the background to white, nothing happens.
I still prefer the messaging app in resurrection. For the contacts, can't scroll between tabs (again.. not like resurrection)

Will probably revert back to my trusty old rom in another hour

Hi,

Initially I was on ICS Resurrection Remix 9.6(based on XXLPH).

I flashed to Miui V4 yesterday (baseband XXLPQ, kernel XXLPH) but found that it's still kinda buggy (Gallery FC and my favorite ES file explorer is not working, among others) so I reverted back to my Remix backup.

Thing is, when I check my baseband it is at still at XXLPQ. I would have thought it should be at XXLPH which is from my Remix backup.

Not that this is an issue or anything, just curious.

I flashed to Thebyani this mornin. Having zero problem so far
The only drawback is the missing 15 toggles. There's a link in the Thebyani thread which points to the 15 toggles add-on but unfortunately, the download is not available at the moment.

Might worth to try it out while waiting for Westcrip's to come back from his vacation.

The toggles in the notification bar. The default stock toggles is only 5.

LOL.. You can slide the toggles to left or right
So at one time, it only displays 5 or 6 only.
