Been using it, and currently i've realise there are not much difference with class 4, unless for video full HD recording.. So yeah, it's up to you.. If you do have $$ and want to max ur device, go for it..

Quite reasonable. I bought mine previously for RM100 something..
The main point make sure it works once you bought it, and try it out..

For example 1 shamelin shopping complex, sygic or papago x5 can't detect it.. As it just open

Try insert other sim card and see how it goes..

Then there are something wrong with your phone.
Any unusual aps that you installed before this happen?

Then try to reset your phone.. I guess that's the best option and see how it goes.

If the problem still occur then better go to Samsung..
