Guys as much as I love to find in the XDA forum but I'm unable to find a stock ROM which is based in MY and I'm kinda clueless to whereabout to move next since I tried many ways to flash it but still stuck at the yellow triangle.

I even tried to go recovery mode (volume up+home+power) but it still brings me back to the yellow triangle boot screen.

I even tried flashing back to CF-Root-SGS2_XW_OJV_KF1-v4.0-CWM4.tar but still failed...
*
You don't need MY stock rom to remove triangle.

Do you have a JIG? It will remove the yellow triangle. Yellow triangle means that you flash something other than what you are suppose to.

Got it, but some say do not have to do full wipe wo... And they say without the wipe also can work like charm, no problems etc. I admit I'm lazy to backup and restore all my data again as it's very slow.  unsure.gif

Depends whether u want to wipe or not. U can try no wipe first, if no issues the no nid wipe. If u face some issues, then u gotta wipe

Not trying to put you down or troll you, just thought it was funny lol

How bout backing up your data first to be sure. Then try one without full wipe.

But like some others might say, problems can crop up a little later if you don't do full wipe. Restoring process is not that long if you figure out what you need to do ahead of time. PRO version of TB allows batch restore somemore

Yeah at times I don't do wipes myself, especially when upgrading in same version.

Moving from GB to ICS, should probably do a wipe

Bricking a S2 is almost close to impossible, about 0.00000001% ( not exaggerating but it's the truth)

Steps not to brick S2:
Don't flash any ROM.

If wanna flash:
1)Wipe data/ factory reset. ( Do 3 times to be very safe )
2)Clear cache partition. ( Do 3 times to be very safe )
3)Clear dalvik cache. ( Do 3 times to be very safe )

Then flash a new ROM. Confirm no brick.
If at any time it bricks, don't despair there are ways to fix that..

Hey anybody faced this problem before, I left my S2 running ICS for about an hour, I thought it was on, then I just checked, suddenly it was off. Then I reboot, then I pressed lock screen, suddenly i pressed the home button again but the phone just shut down, without even going to the shut down logo. I reboot again, and the same thing happen..

Of course it is possible to brick your phone. Regardless what, as long as you are trying to do something to it, you might risk it.

Again, follow the instructions should be working right. Of course, always read and understand before doing.

Page one has most of the information but again, if you need any help, PM is just a click away smile.gif

Usual stuff:
1. Check for apps
2. UV setting
3. If the above 2 you are sure, then try reinstalling ROM and kernel again and run test to see if that happens again.

Really sweat.gif Haha~
