is there any FOE who are able to add their course?i rage when i get errors for not registering tutor section eventhough i cannot even type anything on it

i'm assuming you have registered your course huh?because i don't see in my mmls.why does the system fails on FOE students...sigh

so i went to register my course (FINALLY) but there was one course that was already full.so how to settle this?
the section that i want to register is for FE01,FE02 and FE05 BUT THE LIMIT IS 40 STUDENTS!IMPOSSIBURU!!
