I checked a few tint makers last time e.g 3m, lumar, ecotint etc but as far as the response I got, I don't think there's anything available in the market now.

One possible way of doing this is to add a light that's bright enough just in front of the outside window so that it's brighter outside and will reduce the view from outside to inside.

I haven't tested this personally but that's what the guy from the tint shop told me on one way of achieving this.

no such tint. all tint able to see inside clearly when you light on in the house and its very hard to make outside light brighter than inside house as outside surrounding is bigger. its either you put additional blind to cover night.

I buy online give them the size and they will send to your home.
If you dont like plain blank firm, you can choose with art design or color firm.

I don't think you can find tint that can block vision from outside to inside during night.

for Frosted film, I think can easily get from local supermarket like jusco and parkson rite? saw few times in jusco n parkson, RM39.9 - 69.9 a roll, forgot about the measurement but quite large n wide, they even hang a sample over there to let u see the frosted effect, I am looking something called WHITEOUT like below

If you bought jusco maybe need many roll cos will have a lot waste cutting to fit your window size.
what i order online is based on actual dimension size of window, and they cut it perfect for us....no waste and save money as well.

Much more expensive than the normal aluminum glass windows. Putting 3M and Vkool will cost more than your normal windows.

Added on March 22, 2012, 10:06 amDepend on type, a forumer here mention is about 2x / sqft, some can even go up to 4x / sqft.
