Depends how many reps & sets u do ma. I usually settle for 80kgs 12 r x 3 s, 100kgs 8 r x 3 s.

It all depends on individuals. By right, taking too many eggs WILL give u high cholesterol levels.

So? Wanna bulk, dont complain about the taste. And too much rice not good either. Rice = sugar = carbs. You need carbs for energy, but not when u're about to go to sleep. That's why it's better to skip rice for dinner.

The cholesterol in ur protein shake has probably less cholesterol than the food u consume. It's made mostly of egg, anyway.
