There's some people who will never grow without pain....
but growing rate, will be how much the capacity they are able to learn from mistake....
If one just see "This wound is pain, ouch! ouch!" this person cannot see how fortunate they are as compare to the pain that others had encounter.

One must first have the maturity to let go on the pain and not to dwell in the pain, before they can see what they are going through is just peanuts.

Got hurt > Face the pain > Acknowledge the pain > Learn from the pain > Seek for solutions > Healed > Mature and not to get hurt anymore.

Sadly the new generations is raised in such a way like a running ducks, when they are hurt, they will advertise their hurt and seek for sympathy (especially through FB), then run away from facing the truth, and reluctant to grow up and be more mature.
