I tried to flash MIDNOTE 3.0 and followed the steps until Step 5. After my phone rebooted, it shows "logo_q1.jpg" draw failed. What does it mean? What went wrong?

My phone is currently on Stock ROM(2.3.5 KK1) and I rooted it with zergrush CF root. Then I flashed LP5 modem via CWM but it said Installation aborted. WHat went wrong?
