Date of transaction: 10 March 2012 @ 11.00pm

Details of the complaint : COD with this guy for bold 4, only inform that the touchscreen not working other than that all is working. He said item come with 14 month warranty from brighstar.
Quick search on the net its a common problem for bold 4.
2. when cod with him he change COD location to shah alam at 11.00pm, the place quite dark so quite trouble to fully inspect.
item come with capdase silicaon casing, remove it to inspect the keypad and testing some sms ok.
3. Remove battery and check the brighstar sticker no proble. the box also come with full accessories and warranty card.
4. pay him and he promise no problem with the phone to send for warranty and he will assist in the process.
5. I left the COD place and go to having a karaoke session with my wife and friend. phone left inside my dashboard because bold 4 quite heavy.
6. around 4 am, going back to my home and start to fully inspect the phone. When i get the phone from the dashboard the screen dissintergrated by itself. it shown in below pic:-





i pm him and sms him directly asking for refund but no reply. I warn him already still no action from him so i post in here.
- he should tell me in the first place that the phone already been repair by him. The clean cut on the digitizer ribbon shown that this seller try to remove the digitizer without doing research where the ribbon is. He also fail to inform me that the keypad also had been modified due to a lot of scratch at the bottom panel. They letter "U,I and back " also no longer have tactile feedback. I suspect he try to change it to the white casing. I know because i ve been modified my bold 1 and bold 2 but i did search the youtube 1st how to diy.

My resolution to be fair: he send back the phone for warranty and i willing to pay market price which is 1500.
or he lower the price to 800!!! cost for repair this at brighstar will be bear by me. If not he will be in my blacklist and i'll try my best to ruin his reputation.

first time kena con.. normally i do inspect the item carefully but because it already midnight and COD location quite dim i overlook the lcd is only glued to the casing.
For me its not worth to waste my time chasing this scumbag, my time is worth more than that. Just to give a reminder to all forumer such type of con exist.
