Some website does not allow you to download their flash video, you can only play/watch it online.
The solution - You need two PC.
This is how I do it.
1st PC install with Fedora 16, connect 1st pc to internet and play the website's video in full screen.
Use a S-video cable and an audio RCA cable to connect Audio Video from 1st pc to 2nd PC.
2nd PC installed with a Video capture card (i use Pinnacle)
So in this way I can capture the video from 1st pc into 2nd pc's harddisk and save the video as ,mpg file.

p/s: 1st pc has an AGP video card with S-video output. Un fortunately most new PCI-express video card does not has S-video output but has HDMI output. So you can't use the PCI-Express video card (on 1st PC).

The reason I use Fedora 16 to play the video is because Fedora does not need antivirus and unlike Windows it does not download update often which could occupy large bandwide and thus might interfere with the video streaming.
If the Operating system and antivirus software keep on downloading update during video playing, It might causing the video playback jerky (video playback not smooth).
