 Illegal to setup console for renting?, need advise

Is setting up console in shops and renting out hourly illegal?
what type of license do we need to apply in doing this?

Other than the entertainment license from the local authority. I think you'll need to seek permission from the console makers and the game publishers as well.

Thnx for the reply. Do u know what name of the entertainment license? Lesen permainan or hiburan or some sort like tat? Is it apply through local council or ssm? Appreciate the feedbacks

Try checking with Sendi Mutiara but they deal in PC game licence instead. Maybe can get some leads there.
