What's the difference between HP 1510 and HP 1515?

The cartridge can be refilled right? I mean if the printhead is working well, then there's no need to change the entire cartridge?

And uh, what do you think of Canon E510 if compared to HP 1515?
Generally, I heard Canon's cartridges are more expensive than HP's cartridges? But I've also heard that HP printers are irreparable if broken..?

You also can choose MFC-J2310 RM 609 (No CISS but the ink more economy)
Ink > 5 cents per page (black 5%).
