i went to buy a gnex in celcom bluescube jusco mahkota cheras. I went there with a lowyat forumer too name Mopping. He get the contract i get the phone . at that time i can consider my phone is the cheapest among all
Then arrived there is 2 set. Mopping already ask the bro to save 1 for us. such a nice guy

. Then he open the set. I dont bother to check at all since i know its original and it is from factory. My fault actually. I should have pressed everything. but who knows its a faulty set. I just try out touch screen , app drawer blabla.
Then went back home, try out the phone. Cant seems to open the camera at all. Keep fcing. Tried flashing the new 4.0.2 yakju build. still the same. Tried aokp. The camera still faulty. I even tried changing kernel. Then i found out that the camera problem link to google talk and face lock. both of them also force close. I was frustrated. The next day i called up samsung. they ask to bring to service center. so i drove my self to lowyat. the sc told me its a software problem and they ask me to wait for 1 week for new firmware. but i was on 4.0.2 . it was the latest on that particular time. So i ask for exchange unit. they say sc only provide warranty. no exchange if its faulty. Then i ask celcom wat to do. they ask to go back to the place where i bought it. So drove back to jusco mahkota cheras .
The guy admit its a faulty phone but he say celcom dont offer any exchange unit. I was shock and angry. I did even use the phone for a day yet they dont want to change a new phone. They ask me to get a replacement sc in berjaya plaza. i told them they already move out to lowyat. they reluctant . they told me i went to the wrong sc. so i drove back to lowyat. walk to berjaya plaza. tada . they say the sc move to lowyat 4th floor. talk to sc about my problem . they gave the same reply. so i drove back to mahkota cheras. angry and pissed off. talk to them they still dont want to give me a new set.
So next day i make a report at tribunal pengguna. the next week we went to the celcom jusco mahkota cheras with the tribunal enforcer. They boo layan us. They say they are just an agent of samsung selling phone. they said to us that If the phone is faulty or damage we must directly deal with samsung. they got nothing to do at all. So after that the tribunal take over the case. Contacted samsung about the case and they agree to replace my gnex with a new set .
Took me 1 month for all the process. 1 month without a smartphone is pain in the ass .
