Poor thing for those who have nice new cars. Will the water enter the car engine and seats ?

When major flood strike, it's kinda difficult to prevent it. Or does it?
Btw, can the car owner claim insurance??

like i thought, mentioned, "i'm just a security guard", "water in 10-15min", "car owners need to to claim own insurance". etc...

..the stream is right behind the condo
..lifts and telcom equipment area submerged

It won't drop so fast. Most of them r self staying not rented one. So worse come to worse they just stay there and don park their cars in the basement.

this sad too see all the residents cars are soaked with dirty water ..
Sometimes it is management to inform or alert if there any danger to the resident property.
