seats sure la, engine - they say never try to start the car ... a bmw will cost rm70k to fix... imagine...

When major flood strike, it's kinda difficult to prevent it. Or does it?
Btw, can the car owner claim insurance??

This one is the maintenance people problem. Should inform the owners to driver away their cars. Caught by surprise.

Damn the news report says the owners only realized it the next day when they woke up. Meaning condo management also never ronda ronda the condo at night.

thought usj1 is on quite elevated ground? what about the surrounding condos or landed terraces? were they affected.
if not, then it's probably a flawed design or the pump fail to start.
