as stated what are the softwares used in creating a vector art? recently i've stumbled upon some of other designer's creation and really got into it. And now i heard that you require certain software in creating a vector art. So anyone of you here are into vector art? what are the softwares you used?

Thread title changed, post your works here. smile.gif

2. Adobe Illustrator
3. Macromedia Flash

Primitive-user here. Using CorelDraw12 from the first day I found out what vector art was.

Still haven't got the time to research on Illustrator.

as long u dont rasterize the layer.. u can pump the resolution as high as u wont w/o loss of quality..

i say illustrator is the best.. coz if you print it out, the image will remain smooth. Other than that, freehand is also good happy.gif

Another product worth mentioning here is Xara X it offers faster, higher quality graphics rendering.

You can also go to Xara Gallery to see a few incredible work by the masters. drool.gif
