Hmmm, quite a weak points there you got for HTC.
Quaddie?  Just for future proof yes, but currently, dual is overkill.  Whats more? Its just a phone, what else you wish to do with your phone?  Quad core is not needed.
Bigger screen w/ IPS.  BRAVIA engine makes Sony Reality Display brilliant!
Beats Audio?  No worries, Sony has their own 7 band equalizer, also being supported by BRAVIA engine too!
ICS, no worries, it will be there for Xperia S soon.
