me myself also confused on which one to buy

I like HTC one X because
1)quad core
2) bigger screen with IPS display
3) beats audio
4) ICS loaded

I like X S because
1) nice design ( transparent element)
2) bravia engine (higest PPI)
3) 12 MP camera
4) PlayStation certified

so I'm really confused right now

can I buy the phone from telco without any bond ??
