Shops are actually allow to sell above RRP, because it's just a recommended retail pricing, whether they sell above or below, depends on the shop itself. But if they are smart of course they will sell either at or below RRP lo, not above it.

I think the plan is to make quad core more efficient, hence longer lasting battery, but we'll only know when quad core phone starts coming out.

For me, I don't chase phone tech or any tech actually haha and my usage for phone is simple, call, sms, online sometimes and some casual games, hence I never look at quad core since I definitely do not need it based on what I am gonna use my phone for.
