digi ss2 selling it already?

So fast? The Pre-Orders only shipping out by tomorrow.

Gonna drop by the Sony stores again later to confirm with them. Damn the temptation of AP sets.

I'm just DYING to get my hands on the Xperia S! God damnit!
*
Lol. Then, what will happen if it reaches your hands? whistling.gif

But yeah, for some of the problems that is listed, especially heating, normal heating occurs, no? My previous phones will also feel warm if "over-used" lol.

As for the yellow tints and capacitive buttons, well, I've no comments about it but for the buttons, there's not much problem for me when I used the "demo" set previously (more or less for 3 hours only though).

for heating issue... when SE release ARC a lot of user complaining... but there's no complaint on brick ARC due to the heat? if don't want heat get other phone brand... it's not a big deal... thats y getting ORI is important... at least harware failure... u send back to Sony... within the warranty period... n probably you've changed to a new phone 1-2 years later... if you the type using the same phone long enuf... get other brand that u not fealing heat at all thus u felt secure...
*
The problem with the heating issue, not much of them wrote down the situation when it happens, example, playing while charging, talking on the phone while charging etc etc. That's why there's always slight doubt there. hmm.gif

I read something else.

"the 2012 range of Xperia handsets use a different 3.5mm standard which means the older Sony Ericsson headsets (including the LiveSound headset) will not work properly on the new 2012 Xperia mobiles"

Yeah, which makes it kind of weird they include a live sound headset with XPS bundle, unless it's a new version
*
That's why. I wondered why they included it in the bundle. But up till now, no complaints yet so it might be made specially for the NXT series? hmm.gif

Could be but I don't see it in their site though, the new one is the smart headset and smart wireless pro headset  wink.gif

I hope they don't go bundle old accessories lol
*
Yeah, but for now, I think that it's "safe" to say, we're getting the old ones. shakehead.gif

the bundle is not that appealing to me anymore except for the smarttags sad.gif
*
Yes, after the announcement, even the smart tags doesn't appeal to me anymore.

I guess my wait now is on the official announcement for the ICS updates. Lol. Kinda lazy to have to save all my stuff and update my phone, better don't store anything in it and update it straight as I read that the updates will be rolling out end of March/early April.

Considering that MOST other smartphones only comes with the standard USB cable, charger and headset, Sony has given quite enough.
*
Not really, some AP sets that I've sold in the past get the same "freebies" a few months later (3 - 6 months) after the official launch.

For example - X10i = The extra leather pouch, the dock, another screen protector.

I got mine before launch and got nothing. Lol.

AP sets...

Few months later....

That's why. Some buyers are willing to wait. To them, there's not much difference between the items. With a lower price of a range between 300 - 400+, some are willing to save. smile.gif

The lists are getting annoying.

But yeah, apart from the slightly "better" digital zoom offered. I still can't comprehend what's the hype shown from the N loyalists due to the launch of pureview.

Edit a bit.

Here are part of the specs. The phone spec = a joke in making.
CPU 1.3 GHz ARM 11
Internal 16 GB storage, 1 GB ROM, 512 MB RAM
Standard battery, Li-Ion 1400 mAh (BV-4D)

More details here. Link.

If you thought comparing the Pureview to X-S was hilarious, take a look at what I just found while looking for X-S info:
http://www.noknok.tv/2012/03/14/nokia-lumi...ch-smartphones/

I have no idea why they're comparing it to such an old phone. Even X-S vs Galaxy S2 comparison reviews are acceptable, but this one... tongue.gif
*
Different class? =P They actually need to do that to be fair. Both phone specs almost the same so easier to compare. No problem with that.

Reading comments regarding Pureview vs XPS, that I cannot handle. Don't understand the thinking of some people. rolleyes.gif

Here's a good read from Sony. http://www.techradar.com/news/photography-...ew-tech-1070903

higher MP doesnt mean bad for tech nowdays..look at Nikon D800..36MP but nice performance with nice expeed 3 processor.

Anyway, yes MP is a hype but it was important for certain ppl who do printing..or cropping? lol
*
Lol. Get a better camera? Haha.

Lol. My mistake. Wasn't actually reading. The MP is good and here's how Nokia explained it.
