Since you are dead set on buying online then perhaps you can try the following. Pls note I have never tried them and are not associated with the shop.

Good day folks. I am new here.

I have some doubts need some advise. Malaysia Gold, Golden Cross Back, Golden Head and 24K Golden Cross Back are referring to same species but different grade or all of them is completely different species/ breed.

I bought a 10" size 24K Golden Cross back come with certificate on Feb 2017. Can someone confirm despite the cert said so?

Question:
1. Its OK to on the light for 24x7?
2. The Blue Background OK or need to change to others color to further develop the coloration development?
3. For around 10" Golden Cross Back with RM2500 consider expensive or reasonable?

Thanks so much in advance for all the advises and inputs.

Hi, im no sifu but from what i read is that
1. for aro 13inch and below, they seem to prefer to keep them in white fiber tank. and use white light to bring out the shine of the gold.
2. Same as above, if no white fiber tank, prefer to use white background. Blue colour is best to deepen the intensity gold.
3. they always say, expensive or not depends on you haha, if u love the fish, any price is good.

on the cert, maybe you can observe the chu at near the tail.

again, I am no sifu but i see the sifus here mentioned about this before.

BTW, your aro looks beautiful!

Dear Aro Sifus & Friends,

I am new here and need urgent help. My GCB has stopped eating for more than 1.5 months now and got me worried. I have gone thru some old posts and found some advise that said this is normal for Aro's. Now since its continuing, im really worried. He is 16 inches now. Water frequently changed. PH is around 6.5 - 7.0. No changes in the environment.
Used to feed on crickets and MW. His behavior changed, he is no longer showing the sign of interest for any food. Normally if he doesnt like the food, he will take it but spit it out, but this is different, no interest at all.

One thing i notice, he keeps opening and closing his mouth fast from time to time, like something is stuck in his mouth...

Please could you share your wisdom.. will appreciate t big time.

Thanks
tdzheng

Try Setapak Aquarium Trading or Kin Fatt or R08 if you are in KL. Prices vary according to design and material.

It is not injured.
It is intentionally clipped so that the fins will fan out more when recovered.

Call their warehouse at Sg. Buloh. They got stock there and you can direct purchase from them.
