I just checked their website. You can fill in their online application form for the positions mentioned by preakzz. The form is quite comprehensive. I'm not sure if you can apply for multiple positions though

i apply for mechanical engineer.i just got a few years experience in small company.
Not multitasking means i cannot grow well / train well in this company?
But i should glad rite if i landed in MNC company compared to small company...

huh?that sounds boring. i wan become senior fast fast...
let see i got offer or not. Perhaps i should stay in small company and learn more few years...

Lol dude see you next week...same situation as you they called me for project engineer interview..now finding info abt the company.. when they called i was like huh? delirium berhad? O_O when did i ever applied lol it was 3 months back..what time is your interview?

Deleum Bhd..they have many subsidiaries, one of them is Delcom..a sole supplier for Solar Turbines in Malaysia..which i can say the company is well established. I used to liase with their P.E before, and basically their scope will be as per below.
PROJECT TENDERING - Prepare Proposal for bid submission.

PROJECT TECHNICAL - To anticipate and resolve technical problems like installation/interfacing issue.
Coordinate and monitor Client Queries.

PROCEDURE DELIVERABLES - To monitor and update Procedure and QA Register.
Coordinate and ensure relevant documents are correct and have been proof read before submission to Client.

QUALITY - Coordinate planning matter.

PROCUREMENT PLAN - Coordinate and monitor procurement and material delivery plan.

CHANGE ORDER MANAGEMENT - Initiate Change Order’s as and when required and manage it

WORKS PLANNING - Monitor and drive Project progress. This will include arranging Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and offshore Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

HSE - ensure compliance/ monitor HSE progress in the Projects

DRAWINGS DELIVERABLE AND REGISTER - Monitor and manage project quality compliances according to standard, specification and project specific procedure.

So, as a  P.E, you will be focal person and a representative/spokesperson on what ever issues, in this case if the Client Purchase a Gas Turbine from Deleum/Delcom, you will be the middle man between Client (Petronas ,Shell etc) and your subvendor which in this case the Manufacturer of the Turbines, but the responsibilty is still under your shoulder. You will not go into detailing of the Engineering activities but you need to monitor the progress and knows the surface engineering. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS is a must, and you must posses a high ability to withstand the pressure from Client. These two are the essential skills since you will be attending all the meetings from the Beginning (Tender Stage) untill the end of projects (Commissioning Stage).

i've got the interview invitation too for project engineer. this is my second invitation with different position.. but i reject for the interview coz im juz started work for 1 month in oil n gas sector.

as before i went for interview with deleum for the post sale engineer. but i failed that one.

this is gonna be ur 1st stage interview. there gonna be 2nd stage inteview. for 1st stage i would they just want to get know. see your confident level and some question related with the position u applied. as i can see they r looking for people who got leadership skill. wat r ur capable of doing in managing urself n co-worker and of coz all the boses . n btw gud luck.

I just know that my application for field engineer at Gyrodata is not shortlisted.  No reason was given though.

I just want to try my luck to start working as a MWD/LWD/GWD engineer. Currently Im doing project management as a project engineer. Less than 3 years. Feel want to jump to drilling field. I have try SLB (outright reject), Baker (reject once, try once more),Transocean & Gyrodata (not shortlisted). All position are entry level position. I hardly find entry level position at other company e.g. Baker, Tesco at the moment. 

Any advice from all otais here?
