hello to all respectable seniors and sifus present, haha. I just wanna ask, is the UCSI Petroleum Engineering degree reputation good enough to find employment in the ONG industry, especially among the big key players at present? Is there a good track record of graduates being hired so far from this course? Thank you!

I've been told oil & gas industry is a dying one, since Malaysia is estimated to run out of natural resources by 2020 or earlier.
Anyone bother to counter this statement?

And I would assume I do have it, actually. It's just a minute scare episode I had awhile, like what if I studied hard just to come out to a declining industry, what with growing environmental concerns etc etc. Malaysia is coming out with various plans to reduce carbon emissions too and stuff so it does provoke me abit I have to say.
