i need some advice..

i got 2 job offer..one from nde consultancy as inspection engineer(qa/qc more likely)..another one from sgs as a testing engineer..both job related to ong..

my qustion is..which company is the best choice if i want to develop my carrier in ong industry..
p/s.. i dont really like working in office..looking at document & staring at the desktop screen whole day..
