In KL, engineers with 2-3 years experience that are being supplied to Consultant charge is around RM60/hour, some RM120/hour.

What I wrote the above is the rate charged to a company, not being paid to the engineers. As what have been mentioned, the dude is being offered to be seconded to EMEPMI via another company.

Can always adjust the rate to meet requirements.

Don't get confused with allowance by our own company. Our allowance always low. Hahaha. My offshore rate is around RM800-RM1200 per day if I do freelance job. If under company, RM200 only. Adoi! Haha.
