I can assure you that is just a myth. Fresh graduate is a liability is most cases and no company in their right mind will pay near that amount. In some special cases where cronism rules like the NFC (famous cow company), the boss elect their family members as directors and pay RM20-30k pm each. but im wondering, really does O & G pay dat high, i see some ppl posted in LYN forum that they can get 11-12k salary as fresh grad.wow!!
