I hope this is the correct place to ask this question.
Anyone here is familiar with ANSI standard?
Is there any ANSI standard for swivel flange for sub-sea?

not involved in subsea but if it's the same as topside, then ANSI 16.5 should be applicable. check applicable job/client specs ie. piping class spec.
