It's easy to show them academic achievements with your resume and certificates. It's hard to show them streetwise + work ethics unless they give you the opportunity to work.

get yourself to sbm website; got all the info bout the company. nuff said.

I think what he is asking is just some info from those who have worked in sbm. I dont think websites give a clear picture of working environment (every company would like to say they have a conducive working environment). Websites wont give much info on benefits/pay too

why so curious? tongue.gif

well can always read up the news on The Star biz for a general overview
http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...50&sec=business
(also click on related articles at the bottom of article for other latest news on SapuraKencana).

Also keep in touch with what other companies are doing as SapuraKencana will also be working together w others too (for example Bekok-C, KPNG-B, that i kinda know of. I'm still a noob).

the hot girls drool.gif brows.gif <--ajaran sesat.jk

my current pay isnt as good. very demotivating when i hear from other companies but i took this one because its a big player and the role im given would expose me to diff things so taking it to learn. hopefully things will get better.

Ramunia @ Pulau Indah currently got many vacancies (Engineering, PMT, T&C). Recently, lots of Kencana staff moved to Ramunia. They even offer 50% - 75% increment of your current salary.

you should go look for a job in Australia. OZ offers better money than middle east countries.
