I dont think it's the dashboard sound, it's a sound that can be heard only if I accelerate and that is also only after I changed gear.
Btw, my dashboard memang rattles macam giler...

For 17' normally ppls go for 50 profile.. but if u wan u can go for 45.. if u think the gap is too much then lowered it lo.. not necessary need to go holland (adjustable), just lowered spring ok liao..
