In the start menu there's a Downloadable Content option. Your DLC should be there.

Not sure you can see it if you're using different region disc than your account (eg: R2 disc with MY account).

shouldnt be a problem. I'm using R1 disc and DLC on SG PSN account. What you should do is, try to install the DLC in your R1 account.

IMHO, wheel user will have an advantage if all the driving aids are off and furthermore consoles games are more towards controller based user.

Update : I reduced the laps to 25, so that the race can finish under an hour.
